Terms and Conditions

 When purchasing through 53Platters, you are agreeing that you understand and acknowledge the following Terms and Conditions. 

Consumption / non-liability for risk 

Once you have received your product/produce it must be consumed within three (3) hours of being set up or delivered pursuant to existing government rules and regulations. 

If a product is consumed past the three (3) hour period it is at your own risk.

53Platters will not be liable for injury, sickness or resulting damage whatsoever, whether remote or proximate, for not being able to consume the same within said period or for the customer’s failure to take health, safety and hygienic measures in the consumption and handling thereof.

Placement of order 

Grazing tables 

When purchasing a grazing table you will be asked to pay the full fee for your product. Once paid you have secured your event, date, and time. In the sad situation that you cancel within 48 hours of the event, you will not receive a full refund. The percentage of your refund is depending on the cost of the product and our profit markup. If you wish to pay with cash, it can be delivered to 53platters business address.

All grazing tables require 1 week’s notice.

Platters, boxes and boards

When purchasing a board or box, we require 24 hours’ notice and require full payment via bank transfer or in person to 53platters business address. 

Depending on the product we can deliver on the same day as the order.  

Cancellations 

Grazing Tables 

If you need to cancel your grazing table, we require five (5) days’ notice or you will forfeit the full cost of the table.

Platters, boards, boxes and cakes

If you need to cancel your platter, board, box or cake, we require 24 hours’ notice or you will forfeit the full cost of the product.
